This picture is rather funny. Perhaps you don't read Chinese, the banner is quoting the book of Matthew Chapter 11:28 where Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." The workers were really so burdended that they left all the garbage in front of him. :)
