How much is dignity worth?

It's been reported that an average beggar can get on average HK$500 daily.

It's alleged that some Chinese triads have crippled and exported the neglected to Hong Kong.

Many Hong Kongers, including me, are blind to these professional beggars. Unimaginable frauds happen everyday.

If you are planning your trip to Hong Kong/ China, be careful, don't become an easy prey to these predators.

To give or not to give, is many times paradoxical, in Hong Kong. 

Many think Hong Kongers are cold-blooded; but I would say, a reason is there for anything.

Do you believe he is a "true" beggar?

Sorry, I truly don't. I might be wrong, but his slippers seem to be whiter than mine ;)
