All About Hong Kong

Home : UnReal HK Diary : May 2006 : 2006-05-03

May 3, 2006 09:22 - Hong Kongers have high pressure.

My younger brother in LA sent me the following video clipping which illustrates how stressful many Hong Kongers are.

The man is for sure stressed-out and could barely control his tongue.

Even though he was being recorded, he swore and shouted all the way through. The kid (and his mother*) was so poor shouted at ....

As some of my famly members are folks like that, and I have accustomed myself to scenerio like this since childhood.

Somewhat uncultured.

It's not rare to see crazy folks in Hong Kong, so be well-prepared when you visit Hong Kong, especially when you ride public transportation ;)

Seeing is believing:

Warning: Foul Language Ahead (if you understand Cantonese, of course.)

Thanks, Otto for sharing this.

* note: Cantonese foul language often fires at someone's mother as a way of insult.

I guess that's the reason why the man could keep firing for so long. ;)

Hong Kongers are really UNREAL!
