February 20, 2006 22:26 - Pressed Ducks

Pressed duck is a common dish usually served (with rice*) in winter.

It should be one of the easiest dishes, even for a person like myself ;)

Ingredients:

1) A whole/ half pressed duck

2) Rice

Steps to prepare a pressed duck dinner:

1) Chop a pressed duck into chewable pieces.

2) Put them into the water along with the rice.

3) Then, cook the rice as you would normally cook it with your rice-cooker, preferably with a little** more water.

4) The duck will be ready to be served once the rice is done.

5) Enjoy!

I love pressed ducks, although I don't prefer eating them too often, as they are not healthy.

* I have never eaten pressed ducks without rice. :)

** Depends how soft the rice you'd like.

Disclaimer:

I shall never regard myself as a cook. Therefore, try the above at your own risk. :)
