November 1, 2005 00:01 - Chinese Name? English Name?

I've got an interesting email by someone who asks about my name - Roy

Where does that word come from?

Do I have a Chinese name?

November 1, 2005 16:59 - Getting sick...

I have been feeling sick, since last Wednesday, when I had a lousy meal, which caused my throat sore. My hands and feet are strengthless. My co-workers said flu might be developing.

I excused myself an early leave for home.

I have not gone to see the doctor yet. In fact, going to see the doctor is the last thing I wish to occur. I would prefer going to see a Chinese herbalist.

I've learnt that, pills, in some way, bring side effects.

Don't take me wrong; I have no bias towards Western med.

However, I am getting more keen on the Chinese way of treating illness. Many highly recognized medical schools/ associations including Harvard Medical School, are now looking into 5,000 years Chinese herbal wisdom.

Drinking "24 Tastes" is surely a better way out, if I may be exempted from going to see the doctor :)
