All About Hong Kong

Home : UnReal HK Diary : October 2005 : 2005-10-20

October 20, 2005 20:51 - Autumn must have come.

Autumn must have come.

The weather is becoming cooler this week, and my colleagues are putting on layers. Apparently, many people have noticed the weather is changing.

Autumn, for students, is probably one of the best seasons around. This is the time when school events like, swimming gala and sports days take place, and yet all examinations are far away. When I was a student, I enjoyed this time of the year much.

Nevertheless, my nose does not adjust to autumn very well. It is a seasonal thermometer, which bleeds when humidity drops.

My friends fret about my nose bleeding every time, which I am used to since childhood.

Several mini-operations were done on my nose. The result? My nose still bleeds from time to time, especially during dry season, like now. :)

Fortunately, the bleeding usually only runs for one or two minutes, before I possibly faint away.

My nose has started to protest today, yet I still prefer Autumn among the four seasons.

It's a season of solitude and personal reflections.

I like it. How about you?
