All About Hong Kong

Home : UnReal HK Diary : September 2005 : 2005-09-20

September 20, 2005 11:34 - What's the most life-wasting activity?

I would challenge if anyone suggest something, other than waiting in a queue at HSBC.

Got money to deposit? Wait 30 minutes pls.

You would have to wait 30 minutes before you could deposit your own money into your account, let alone withdrawing fund.

I still remember clearly, I accompanied my mom to go to HSBC when I was small. I usually got very fed up and ended up complaining in HSBC lobby. (Well, I was 8 years old. I couldn't help myself.)

Waiting, waiting and waiting to deposit YOUR money in YOUR bank account for more than 30 minutes is so unreal, which you can only find in Hong Kong.
