September 15, 2005 09:46 - Hong Kong Fast Food Restaurant

Hong Kong Restaurant

BBQ pork represents traditional Hong Kong food. If you have been to any Chinatown, you would find these restaurants. It's common.

If care-takers do not feel like making meal on any particular day, they may just boil some rice at home and go grab $15 (USD2) worth of BBQ pork. Easy, fast and yet considered a healthy meal. Many Hong Kongers are grown up with BBQ pork, me included.
